Waiter
Floor plan flags Table 8 ready → opens order at the table → bilingual menu + 走青 modifier → fires to kitchen.
Host / floor manager
4-top walks in → picks Table 12 corner banquette from open-list → marks seated → pings waiter on handheld.
Cashier / counter
Guest comes to counter → retrieves Table 8 bill → splits between two cards → both receipts print.
Kitchen
Ticket #042 fires in → cook opens it → plates 叉燒飯, marks ready → buzzes waiter when complete.
Guest self-order
Scans QR on table tent → bilingual menu in browser → adds 2 items → order goes straight to kitchen.
Each demo is a scripted mockup — example restaurant, example menu, example floor plan. The flows are how Synque POS works, but the data isn’t a real merchant. Real menus, real tables, and real receipts are configured per outlet.
